Besides offering 8 hr. trips we also offer 10
hr. and 12 hr. trips for fishing at the Corbetena and Banco.
For the very best chances of hooking the big one we have an Special overnight
trip as well.
This is a nice sailfish that was released. This sail
was caught on live bait. The sailfish was around 10 feet long and over
a hundred pounds.
This is Mike and
T. J. from FL. We where on Dos Amigos fishing for tuna. We had a great day catching
around 30-40 tuna. Mike landed one tuna that was over one meter. The tuna are
showing up in around the Banco and Corbetena.

Fishing Report
November is
one of very best months for big
fish with the warm water and getting clearer.. We caught lots of sailfish and marlin
last month. The sails and marlin are
here and will just get better as water temp rises
along with all the schools of sardines that are showing up inside and
outside the bay. . The fish are moving in
closer. it will be wide open here for all big game fish and small game on the shorter
trips.. As of now we are catching sails, tuna , snapper,
yellow tail,mahi-mahi and
some of black/blue marlin. There are lots of yellowtail around 20-30 lbs.
. On some days they have been schooling offshore at some of our better spots
for fishing. If you want a big fish now is the
time to come down to Puerto Vallarta.
The
annual tournament will be in November
13 th - 15 th and is always a blast with all kinds of big fish.
We catch marlin sails and mahi-mahi almost on every trip. The folks that want big
fish now is the time to be here in Vallarta.
We
have a couple of single spots open as well for those who want to fish
with other people.
The marlin have been
biting great up north about 10 miles outside of the bay and the Corbetena. The
last couple of weeks have been great for tuna,snapper,roosterfish.marlin and
sailfish. There are still lots of yellowtail in side the bay for small
game along with sailfish and mahi-mahi. Best colors were red/white and dark
green. We fished inside the bay and good luck with sailfish and some mahi-mahi.. (
small ones ) There were also a few Wahoo and yellowtail caught using
high speed lures around the Corbetena. The best bet now is sailfish,
mahi-mahi, snapper, yellowtail, marlin and roosterfish. ( just outside
the bay ) The best rig is live goggle-eye trolled for sails, mahi-mahi, roosterfish,
lures of any color for mahi-mahi and live Bonita for marlin. Most all
marlin have been caught using live bait or rigged baits up around Corbetena and the Banco.

in Nov. we will be offering a free fishing seminar for anyone interested in fishing
here in Vallarta or who just wants to learn more about the sport of deep sea

The fishing at the Banco had great
most days. When we had blue water we could not keep the fish off the
rods. The water temp. should stay around 78
deg now that summer is here.
